Just laughing today at posts complaining about some aspect of software applications like CS3/4 & LR2. The first line of research seldom seems to include reading up the user manual.
Just yersterday I discovered there is a an acronym that fits that kind of attitude and behaviour EBAC - error between computer and chair

.. and its variant IBKAC = idiot between keyboard and chair.
